Hours of Work: Full-time (35 hours per week)
Working Pattern: Monday to Thursday 8am to 4pm, and Fridays 8am to 3pm. There will be some occasional weekend work on a rota basis with time off in lieu.

About the Role
We are looking for a professional, organised and customer-focused Support Services Receptionist to join our team at NCC Erith.
As the first point of contact for visitors, learners, customers and contractors, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. Alongside reception duties, you will provide administrative support to the Support Services Team, coordinate meeting and training room bookings, support assessment invigilation and help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the centre.

As our Support Services Receptionist, you will:
Welcome visitors, learners and contractors to site and ensure a positive customer experience
Manage the visitor sign-in and sign-out process, maintaining accurate attendance and site records
Deliver site inductions and direct visitors to the appropriate staff member
Answer incoming telephone calls and deal with enquiries professionally and efficiently
Receive deliveries, sort and distribute incoming mail, and manage outgoing post
Purchase goods and supplies in line with company procedures
Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure training resources and refreshments are available as required
Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, preparation of training materials and general office administration
Support the Support Services Team Leader and Curriculum Manager with a variety of administrative tasks
Provide invigilation support during assessments, ensuring procedures and examination conditions are maintained
- Support occasional weekend working on a rota basis to meet operational and training delivery requirements

Experience of working in a similar, customer-facing role
Training and experience in Customer Service
Proficient use of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
