Are you an experienced, self-employed domestic cleaner looking to add more regular clients to your weekly schedule?
We are a local residential cleaning agency matching reliable independent cleaners with regular weekly and fortnightly home clients across Leicester and the surrounding areas.
This role is ideal for self-employed cleaners who want complete freedom over their working schedule. You choose the days, hours, and postcodes you want to work in, allowing you to fit new clients around your existing commitments, family, or personal routine.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality routine domestic cleaning in private residential homes (e.g., dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms).
- Manage your time effectively to complete scheduled cleans within agreed timeframes.
- Maintain clear, polite communication with clients and agency management.
- Follow specific client instructions and pay close attention to detail.
- Ensure client homes are treated with respect, care, and total security.
Requirements & Experience
- Experience: Previous domestic or commercial cleaning experience (minimum 6–12 months preferred).
- Employment Status: Registered as self-employed with HMRC (or willing to register as a sole trader).
- Reliability: Punctual, trustworthy, and dedicated to delivering a high standard of work.
- References: Ability to provide contact details for 2 verifiable work/cleaning references.
- Transport: Reliable transport to travel between client locations within your chosen postcodes.
- Right to Work: Must have the right to work in the UK.
