Meraki Cocktail Bar is recruiting for the position of Cocktail Bar Team Leader, with potential for management growth within the wider business.
Meraki Cocktail Bar is an intimate 40 seat bar in the centre of Stirling, it offers a Meraki signature cocktail menu accompanied with all the classics & a small snacks selection. Across the road, our sister venue An Darna Restaurant, is a 30 seat restaurant serving 5 course tasting menus accompanied with matching wine flights. Both interact with each other providing assistance in menu designs & options, along with staffing for peak trade.
The role of Cocktail Bar Team Leader is a hands on, lead by example, operational role overseeing the day to day running of shifts & rota building for the small team. You will also support the overall company management team and have freedom of creativity to develop existing menus whilst creating new innovative drinks & experiences.
The ideal candidate is someone looking to take the step up in the hospitality industry, who can show experience of work in a similar environment. The candidate will have a strong and innovative interest in cocktails & flavours and a passion to experiment and build on this.
