We give quality appliances a second life – every washing machine, dryer, fridge freezer and dishwasher we sell is professionally refurbished, tested and backed by a 12-month warranty. We sell across eBay and our own website, and we're growing fast.
The Role
We're looking for a friendly, organised Customer Service Advisor to join our small team at our Gateshead warehouse. You'll be the voice of Renew2u, helping customers before and after their purchase across email, eBay messages and our helpdesk system.
Day to day, you'll:
- Respond to customer enquiries about products, deliveries and orders
- Manage messages across eBay and our website through our helpdesk platform
- Book and track deliveries with our courier partners
- Handle returns, warranty queries and delivery issues calmly and professionally
- Keep accurate records of customer contacts and outcomes
- Work closely with the warehouse team to resolve issues quickly
About You
- Excellent written English – clear, warm and professional
- Confident using email, online systems and learning new software
- Calm under pressure and good at problem-solving
- Previous customer service experience preferred (ecommerce, retail or helpdesk a bonus)
- Organised, reliable and happy working in a small, hands-on team
What We Offer
- £12.75–£13.75 per hour, depending on experience
- 16 hours per week – days and hours are flexible to suit you, within Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm
