Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in electrical systems, with experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring and equipment across various settings. Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, fixtures, and equipment in accordance with safety standards and technical specifications.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and perform necessary troubleshooting to resolve electrical faults efficiently.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete tasks accurately.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to execute electrical work precisely.
- Ensure all work complies with current electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople and team members to coordinate installation or maintenance activities.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, including inspections, repairs, and upgrades.
- Assist in the planning of electrical layouts for new installations or renovations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Electrician with a strong understanding of electrical systems and safety practices.
- Proficiency in using hand tools such as pliers, screwdrivers, wire strippers, as well as power tools including drills and saws.
- Demonstrable electrical experience with the ability to read technical diagrams and schematics accurately.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in electrical installation or maintenance (e.g., City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3).
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Valid UK driving licence is preferred but not essential.

Pay: £260.00-£400.00 per day
