Job Overview
AZA CAR is recruiting professional PCO Licensed Drivers to provide safe, reliable and high-quality home-to-school transport services across West London.
This is an excellent opportunity for professional PCO Drivers seeking regular Monday to Friday school contracts, fixed routes where possible, competitive earning potential and the opportunity to build a long-term career with a growing and respected private hire operator.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport children and young people between home and school.
- Complete allocated morning and afternoon school routes safely and on time.
- Deliver a professional, friendly and reliable service at all times.
- Carry out daily vehicle safety and cleanliness checks.
- Follow company policies, safeguarding procedures and road safety standards.
- Communicate professionally with parents, schools, passenger assistants and the Operations Team.
- Report any incidents, delays or concerns promptly.
- Maintain the highest standards of punctuality, professionalism and customer service.

Essential Requirements
- Valid TfL PCO (Private Hire) Driver Licence.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional, reliable and customer-focused approach.
Desirable Qualifications & Experience
The following are desirable; however, applicants who are willing to obtain them are encouraged to apply.
- Previous School Transport or SEND experience.
- Safeguarding Children Training.
- PATS (Passanger Assistance Training)
- Enhanced DBS Certificate.
