Senior Sports Rehabilitation Specialist:
Complete Rehab at Better Body Group is a private rehabilitation clinic based within our 14,000 sq ft health and performance facility in Sevenoaks. Due to continued growth and increasing client demand, we are looking for an experienced Sports Rehabilitator or Sports Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team.
This role is ideal for a clinician with a minimum of 4 years' postgraduate clinical experience who is passionate about delivering exceptional rehabilitation and wants to work in an environment that combines evidence-based practice with performance-led training.

Our clients range from members of the general public with persistent pain to recreational and competitive athletes recovering from injury.
Working across both our private clinic and gym environments, you will confidently bridge the gap between rehabilitation and performance, helping clients regain confidence, move pain-free and achieve long-term results.
The role also provides opportunities to deliver strength and conditioning sessions, collaborate with our coaching team, and contribute to the continued development of our rehabilitation service.

- Excellent clinical reasoning skills and confidence managing a varied caseload independently.
- Experience designing and delivering progressive rehabilitation programmes from early-stage recovery through to return to sport or everyday function.
- Experience coaching clients within a gym
- Strong communication skills with the ability to educate, motivate and build lasting client relationships.
- A compassionate, professional and client-centred approach to care.
- Confidence referring clients to other healthcare professionals when appropriate and recognising the limits of your scope of practice.
- Commitment to maintaining high clinical standards and ongoing professional development in line with your governing body's requirements.

- Level 2 Gym Instructor and/or Level 3 Personal Training qualification.
- Additional qualifications in Dry Needling, Sports Massage, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation (RockBlades/IASTM) or other manual therapy techniques.
