About the Role:

We are looking for a Customer Liaison Officer who can act as the main point of contact between our customers and internal aviation-support teams. You will provide service updates, manage enquiries, coordinate responses and help resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
This role is ideal for someone who is organised, approachable and confident communicating with customers, technical teams and operational personnel. You will help ensure that clients receive consistent information and a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Communication: Respond to customer enquiries by telephone, email and other approved communication channels.
Service Updates: Provide accurate updates regarding service requests, schedules, parts availability, operational progress and expected completion times.
Issue Coordination: Record customer concerns and work with internal departments to identify practical solutions.
Client Relationship Support: Maintain positive and professional relationships with customers throughout the service process.
Internal Liaison: Coordinate with aviation operations, maintenance, logistics and technical teams to obtain accurate information.
Complaint Handling: Manage customer complaints professionally and escalate complex or sensitive matters when necessary.
Record Management: Maintain accurate customer records, correspondence, service updates and action notes.
Follow-Up: Contact customers after service updates or issue resolution to confirm that concerns have been addressed.
Meeting Support: Assist with customer meetings, service reviews and account updates when required.
Documentation: Prepare customer reports, correspondence, status summaries and service records.
Performance Monitoring: Help track response times, complaint trends, service issues and customer-feedback results.
Confidentiality: Handle customer and operational information securely and in accordance with company procedures.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: At least two years of experience in customer service, client support, account coordination, operations administration or a related position.
Industry Background: Previous experience in aviation, engineering, logistics, transport or technical services would be advantageous but is not essential.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal English with the ability to explain information clearly and professionally.
Customer Service: Demonstrated ability to manage enquiries, complaints and service concerns with patience and confidence.
Organisation: Ability to manage multiple customer requests, deadlines and follow-up activities at the same time.
Problem-Solving: A practical approach to identifying issues, gathering information and coordinating appropriate solutions.
Systems: Familiarity with customer relationship management systems, Microsoft Office and digital recordkeeping tools.
Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accurate customer records and provide reliable service information.
Teamwork: Willingness to work collaboratively with operational, technical and administrative teams.
Professionalism: A calm, dependable and customer-focused approach, particularly when dealing with urgent or sensitive enquiries.
Pay: £2,600.00-£2,700.00 per month
Work Location: In person
