Full-Time Handyman – Immediate Start (South East London)
Location: Anerley, SE20 8JW
Pay: £100–£120 per day (1-week paid trial – rate reviewed upon successful completion)

DMS Properties Services Ltd is a family-run property management company based in Anerley, managing a portfolio of residential properties, HMOs and flats across South East London.
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and experienced Full-Time Handyman to join our growing team. This is a varied, hands-on role carrying out general property repairs and maintenance across our portfolio.
This is not a specialist trade role. Instead, you will be responsible for a wide range of general maintenance tasks, making it ideal for someone who is practical, adaptable and enjoys varied work. We provide a company vehicle, and you will be paid for travel time between properties.
Key Responsibilities
- General property repairs and maintenance.
- Painting and decorating.
- Basic plumbing repairs.
- Basic electrical repairs (non-specialist).
- Minor carpentry and joinery.
- Garden maintenance and external upkeep.
- Identifying maintenance issues and reporting any major repairs required.
- Ensuring all works are completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in property maintenance or as a handyman.
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Reliable, punctual and professional.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday.
- Optional Saturday work available.
