Working as part of our admin team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day running of our office. You’ll provide first‑class support to the directors and wider team, helping us deliver an outstanding client experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a professional first point of contact for clients and visitors
- Provide administrative support to the directors and team members
- Manage client onboarding processes and maintain accurate records
- Produce and submit statutory documents
- Support daily office operations and assist with general administrative duties
- IT literate, using Microsoft Office confidently - experience with IRIS is an advantage
- Manage time effectively and maintain exceptional attention to detail
What We're Looking For

- Strong communication skills and an ability to build positive relationships
- Good organisational and time-management abilities
- Previous experience in a professional services environment is preferred but not essential
- GCSE or equivalent education
