We're looking for a creative and proactive marketing professional who enjoys taking campaigns from concept through to delivery and has the design skills to bring ideas to life. This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll combine creativity with strategic thinking, working across digital, print, web, email, social media, and events.
You'll work on a wide range of projects, from designing digital and print assets to supporting campaign planning, social media, email marketing, events, and content creation. If you’re highly creative, organised, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative & Design
· Design and produce on-brand digital and print assets including product brochures, adverts, social media graphics, presentations, web banners, and exhibition materials.
· Create and manage website content for existing platforms (B2B).
· Collaborate with the team to create campaign visuals and develop creative concepts.
· Maintain brand consistency across all materials and channels.
· Manage design assets and artwork files for internal use and external suppliers.
Marketing & Campaigns
· Assist with planning and delivering marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
· Support the monitoring, creation and scheduling of social media posts and tracking engagement metrics.
· Update website content and assist with web-based projects (e.g. landing pages, product listings).
· Contribute to email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp)
· Liaise with external suppliers (e.g. printers, event organisers, media contacts).
· Assist with planning, set up and attending of exhibitions/events and trade shows. This may require the postholder to stay in hotels during the exhibitions/events.
· Perform ad hoc marketing duties as required.
Essential Skills & Experience
Design
· Minimum 3 years' experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
· Strong graphic design, branding, and layout skills with excellent attention to detail.
· Experience creating a wide range of digital and print marketing materials.
Marketing
· Minimum 3 years' experience in a marketing role, delivering integrated marketing campaigns within an in-house marketing team or agency.
· Experience planning, delivering, and reporting on multi-channel marketing campaigns.
· Experience creating and managing website content, landing pages and content management systems (CMS), such as Umbraco or WordPress.
· Experience using email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp).
· Good understanding of digital marketing, including websites, email marketing, social media, and campaign performance.
General
· Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines.
· Ability to manage projects from concept through to completion.
· Self-motivated with a proactive, can-do attitude.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, suppliers, and stakeholders.
· Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
· Full, clean driving licence (use of own vehicle may be required to attend off-site events and meetings).
Desirable Skills & Experience
· Experience working with Umbraco CMS.
· Experience working within a B2B environment.
· Experience supporting exhibitions, trade shows and corporate events.
· Experience creating blog content, case studies and other marketing copy.

Pay: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
