At Network Rail, we're committed to running a safe, reliable railway- whatever the weather. As a Seasons Delivery Specialist on the East Midlands Route , you'll play a key role in managing seasonal risks and ensuring effective responses to extreme weather.
You'll lead on planning, coordination and delivery of seasonal mitigation activities, acting as the central point of expertise and working collaboratively with operational teams to improve resilience, performance and passenger experience across the route.
What you'll do
- Lead the development and delivery of the Route Seasonal Plan
- Coordinate responses to seasonal risks and extreme weather events
- Monitor and manage compliance with operational standards and KPIs
- Analyse performance data and provide clear insights and reporting
- Improve processes for weather resilience and response
- Work collaboratively with Operations, Maintenance and Performance teams
- Support incident management and post-event learning reviews
- Manage stakeholder relationships across the route and supply chain
Salary - £35,582 - £43,400
Grade - Band 4.B
Location: Derby
