Precision Outreach is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to take ownership of our day-to-day operations and help drive the business forward as we continue to grow.

The Role
As Operations Manager, you will oversee the full operation of the business, ensuring everything runs smoothly, efficiently and to a high standard.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and overseeing the customer service team
- Overseeing the full day-to-day operation of the business
- Managing relationships with referral partners
- Ensuring processes run efficiently across departments
- Identifying and resolving operational issues before they become problems
- Supporting and coordinating across teams to keep the business moving forward
This is a role for someone who can genuinely juggle multiple priorities at once — you’ll need to be super, super organised and comfortable moving between different tasks and teams throughout the day.

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who can:
- Manage multiple priorities simultaneously without dropping the ball
- Stay super organised, with excellent attention to detail
- Lead and support a customer service team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners
- Think on their feet and solve problems quickly
- Communicate clearly and professionally, both internally and externally
- Take full ownership of the operation and drive continuous improvement
- Bring a calm, capable presence to a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in an operations, team leadership or management role would be advantageous. However, organisational ability, ownership and the capacity to manage multiple workstreams are just as important to us as previous job titles.

Monday to Thursday: 9:00am – 6:00pm Friday: 9:00am – 2:00pm
That’s an early finish every Friday, giving you a head start to the weekend.

£40,000 Basic Salary, plus an incredible bonus structure.
On-Target Earnings: £100,000+
