We're looking for an ambitious Assistant Project Manager who wants to build a long-term career in project delivery and customer account management.
From day one, you'll work alongside experienced Project Managers, learning how complex infrastructure projects are delivered while developing the skills needed to manage your own clients and projects.

The Opportunity
You'll support our Project Management team in delivering projects from enquiry through to completion, gaining exposure to every stage of the project lifecycle.
As your experience grows, you'll begin managing smaller projects independently before progressing into a full Project Manager role with responsibility for your own customers and accounts.

What You'll Be Doing
· Supporting Project Managers with the planning and delivery of infrastructure projects.
· Coordinating engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and client communications.
· Preparing quotations, project documentation and reports.
· Tracking project progress, costs and key milestones.
· Organising materials, logistics and site activities.
· Attending client meetings and project site visits.
· Building strong relationships with customers and learning how to manage client accounts.
· Assisting with commercial activities, variations and invoicing.
· Identifying opportunities to improve project delivery and customer experience.
Who We're Looking For
Experience is less important than attitude.
We're looking for someone who is motivated, eager to learn and wants to develop into an outstanding Project Manager and trusted customer relationship manager.
Essential
· Excellent organisational and communication skills.
· Highly skilled in basic Maths and English.
· Strong attention to detail.
· A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership.
· Good commercial awareness and problem-solving ability.
· Confident using Microsoft Office.
· Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
· Ability to work from our Oxford office 3x days per week.
· Willingness to travel internationally when opportunities arise.
Desirable
· Experience in project coordination, customer service, administration or construction.
· A degree, HNC/HND or apprenticeship in Business, Engineering, Construction or a related subject.
· Knowledge of structured cabling, IT infrastructure or construction (helpful but not essential).
