Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Window & Door Order Processor to join our small and friendly team. Operating from our Wollaton show home you will be responsible for checking surveys against orders and then ordering the various products required to complete the project.
Training can be provided but it is 100% essential that you have experience in this position - we cannot take on anyone who has not worked in this role before.
It is a wonderful working environment as we are a close-knit team who work together to help each other.
A knowledge of ordering software systems within the PVCu and aluminium industry.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English to liaise confidently with customers, suppliers, and internal team members.
- Demonstrated administrative experience with a focus on sales administration, order processing, or related functions.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Adept at using IT tools for computer literacy, time management, and maintaining accurate records.
- Customer service orientation combined with strong attention to detail ensures smooth order flow from start to finish.
Pay: £28,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
