Job Title: Performance Mechanic — Lotus & Track Vehicles

Role Overview-
MMG Performance Ltd is expanding its Lotus and motorsport division, working on race and track-focused vehicles including VX220, Elise, Exige, and bespoke builds. You’ll work directly alongside our performance team on high‑end motorsport projects.
Responsibilities-
Race prep and track-day setup
Lotus platform diagnostics and repairs
Performance upgrades, fabrication assistance, aero fitting
Engine work, cooling system upgrades, suspension tuning
Supporting race and track events when required
Requirements-
Strong mechanical background with performance or motorsport experience
Experience with Lotus platforms preferred
Precise, methodical working style
Passion for motorsport and performance engineering
