Liverpool OT are looking for a junior neurological Occupational Therapists to join our team. We can offer a varied caseload including in-patient work within an acquired brain injury rehabilitation unit as well as clinic and community settings. Full and part-time positions are available. The position also involves providing detailed assessment and recommendation reports as well as on-going treatment.
We are looking for Occupational Therapists who are:
- Ideally 12 months qualified
- Passionate about neurological rehabilitation
- Experience in community, in-patient and clinic settings
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work independently as well as an effective team member
- Enthusiastic and able to motivate patients to maximise their potential
- Able to manage patients with complex needs including cognitive and behavioural difficulties
- Knowledge of cognitive assessments and recommending appropriate interventions
- Excellent administration and IT skills
