Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced person to join our Bar Staff team working a minimum 20.5 hours per week including evenings and weekends who has experience in opening and locking up premises. We are a wet led pub serving drinks and snacks only.
The role Includes
- Bar duties — serving drinks, taking orders, handling payments, restocking, changing barrels and maintaining a clean bar area
- Customer service — welcoming guests, providing a great pub experience
- Glasswasher cleaning — emptying, wiping down, removing debris, running cleaning cycles, and keeping filters clear
- Toilet cleaning — checking regularly, cleaning sinks, toilets, mirrors, floors, restocking toilet roll, soap, and paper towels
- Bar mats cleaning — lifting, rinsing, scrubbing, sanitising, and leaving to dry before replacing
- Glass collecting — clearing tables, returning glasses to the bar, keeping customer areas tidy
- Surface cleaning — wiping tables, bar tops, shelves, and high‑touch areas
- Floor cleaning — sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and keeping walkways safe and clear
- General bar upkeep — emptying bins, cleaning drip trays, tidying stock areas, and maintaining hygiene standards
What were looking for:
- A minimum of 1 years Bar experience essential
- A positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in
- Must be 18 or over
- Flexibility required to cover shifts and adapt when needed
- Preferable able to drive due to location
Shifts
Monday 2:30pm - 7:30pm
Tuesday 1:00pm - 6:00pm
Wednesday 5:00pm - 10:30pm
Friday 11:30am -4:30pm
Weekends shifts in addition.
