Duties
- Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring they feel comfortable from arrival to departure
- Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations for evening and weekend slots
- Answer phone calls promptly, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and updating patient records accurately
- Assist with billing procedures and processing payments securely at the front desk
- Maintain a clean, organized reception area that reflects a professional and inviting environment
- Support the dental team with various administrative duties as needed to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
- Prior office experience or administrative experience is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Comfortable working during evening and weekend hours on a consistent schedule
- Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office or similar software
- A positive attitude and eagerness to provide outstanding customer service
