About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and confident Internal Recruitment & Lead Generation Officer to support both our business development activity and internal talent pipeline. This hybrid role is central to expanding our supported living services by identifying new business opportunities, mapping key contacts within Local Authorities, and generating high‑quality leads that support service user growth. Alongside this, you will coordinate internal recruitment activity, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities
Local Authority Mapping & Business Development Lead Generation
- Identify, map, and maintain detailed records of key contacts across Local Authorities, NHS teams, brokerage, social workers, commissioning groups, and community organisations.
- Generate new business leads by proactively engaging with professionals involved in adult social care placements and referrals.
- Build a structured pipeline of potential referral sources to support service user growth.
- Conduct outreach calls, emails, and introductions to secure appointments for senior management and operational leads.
- Track engagement levels, follow up on warm leads, and escalate opportunities that align with service capacity and strategic priorities.
Appointment Making & Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the first point of contact for external professionals, ensuring timely communication and professional representation of the organisation.
- Book appointments, service presentations, and introductory meetings with Local Authority teams and other referral partners.
- Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders to support ongoing engagement and future referral opportunities.
Internal Recruitment Coordination
- Support the end‑to‑end internal recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and communication.
- Promote internal vacancies across communication channels and social media platforms to attract suitable internal applicants.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and recruitment priorities.
- Maintain transparency and engagement with internal candidates throughout the recruitment process.
ATS & Recruitment Administration
- Manage accurate candidate and stakeholder records within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and CRM tools.
- Track recruitment and lead generation metrics, including conversion rates, appointment outcomes, and engagement trends.
- Prepare reports for HR and senior management to support decision‑making and continuous improvement.
Relationship Management & Professional Conduct
- Build strong, professional relationships with both internal candidates and external referral partners.
- Ensure all communication aligns with sector standards, safeguarding principles, and organisational values.
- Identify patterns of disengagement or non‑responsiveness and escalate concerns appropriately.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment, business development, lead generation, or stakeholder engagement.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and professionally.
- Confident engaging with Local Authority professionals and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using ATS, CRM systems, and digital communication tools.
- Highly organised, proactive, and motivated by relationship‑building and service growth.
Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
