Trad Hire & Sales is looking for a reliable and hardworking Yard Operative to join our team in Andover.
This is a hands-on, outdoor role working in all weather conditions, helping to keep our busy yard running efficiently. We are looking for someone who is dependable, enjoys physical work, and can work well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining the yard and keeping it organised, clean, and safe
- Loading and unloading equipment and materials
- Preparing equipment for hire and sale
- Assisting customers and delivery drivers when required
- General yard duties as directed
What We're Looking For
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Good attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Forklift licence preferred, but not essential
