Get in at the ground floor
Bonavich is opening its London office, and we're building the team that will drive it. This is the seat right next to the Sales Director the person who sees every deal, every pipeline, every decision, and helps make them happen.
If you're ambitious, commercially minded and want a role where your work shows up directly in the numbers, keep reading. If you want a quiet diary-management job, this isn't it.
What the role actually is
This is a hybrid of sales and PA and the sales side leads. Cold calling and lead generation are daily tasks, not occasional extras. You'll be on the phone, in the CRM, and chasing opportunities as a matter of routine, with the Sales Director backing you and teaching you as you go.
Around that, you'll keep the Director's world running: calendar, communications, follow-ups, and the operational and marketing threads that keep momentum going.
The role starts part-time so you can find your feet, and steps up to full-time hours by mid-October as the office scales. The trajectory is built in from day one.
What you'll be doing
Lead generation & cold outreach (daily)
- Making outbound calls to prospects and booking qualified appointments
- Building and working target lists — LinkedIn, directories, referrals, inbound enquiries
- Managing the pipeline in the CRM so nothing goes cold
- Following up proposals and keeping deals moving toward close
Sales & growth support
- Booking and coordinating discovery calls, meetings and follow-ups
- Helping prepare proposals and supporting the negotiation stage
- Spotting new business opportunities and feeding them into strategy
- Onboarding new clients and contracts smoothly
Marketing & social
- Creating and scheduling content that supports live sales campaigns
- Building simple marketing assets (Canva, email campaigns, LinkedIn)
- Tracking engagement and reporting on what's landing
Operations & executive support
- Managing the Sales Director's calendar and inbox
- Taking notes in sales meetings and driving the action points to completion
- Coordinating staff schedules, training plans and site visits
- Maintaining internal documentation and light HR admin
- Handling confidential information with total discretion
Who we're looking for
- Experience in sales support, telesales, lead gen, marketing or PA work
- Genuinely comfortable picking up the phone to someone who isn't expecting your call — this is the core of the job
- A confident communicator who follows up without being asked
- Sharply organised, with the discipline to work a pipeline properly
- Familiar with CRM systems and social platforms
- Handy with Canva, Mailchimp, LinkedIn or similar
- Fast learner, commercially curious, comfortable in a start-up-style environment where initiative counts
What's in it for you
- A real progression path — part-time to full-time by mid-October, with the role and salary growing as you do
- Direct access to the Sales Director — mentorship you can't get from a training course
- Ground-floor impact — you'll help shape how the London office runs, not inherit someone else's system
- Visible results — the appointments you book and the leads you generate turn into revenue you can point to
- A team that backs ambition — bring ideas and you'll be listened to
