What you'll be doing
This is far more than a customer support role.
You'll become a trusted advisor to our customers, helping them get the very best from Franscape while identifying opportunities to grow their business and ours.
You'll:
- Lead customer onboarding and deliver engaging online demonstrations.
- Build strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
- Conduct regular customer success reviews.
- Identify opportunities for additional users, products, training and consultancy.
- Generate referrals, testimonials and case studies.
- Work closely with Product and Technical teams to continually improve the customer experience.

Skills & Experience
Ideally you'll have:
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development or a commercial customer-facing role (preferably within SaaS).
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Confidence delivering online demonstrations and training.
- The ability to manage multiple customer accounts effectively.
Experience within franchising, multi-site businesses or membership organisations would be an advantage but isn't essential.
