About the job:
You will be based within our Liverpool store where you will oversee and manage a small team of Retail Sales Assistants. You will lead by example and the role will involve stock replenishment, serving customers, answering customer queries, maintaining store tidiness and cleanliness, processing card payments, and occasionally being responsible for the security of the premises. You will also monitor and mentor staff to ensure they are reaching daily targets and KPIs and you will also work to your own individual target.
The role will involve working a 5 day shift Monday to Sunday (36.25 hours).
About you:
You are honest, trustworthy, and willing to learn. You are punctual, motivated and have a professional manner. You have good verbal English and are physically able to lift and carry goods. We are especially keen to receive applications from motivated individuals who have a Retail Management/Supervisory background who are looking to develop their career within a fast growing business.
