Dispatch Operative – 4 Day Week (Fast-Paced Picking & Packing Role)

Working pattern
- 4 days per week
- Shift: 8:00am – 6:30pm (includes lunch break)
- Overtime paid at time + ⅓
- Regular overtime available, particularly during peak periods

About the role
Sticky Baits Limited manufactures and distributes fishing bait products across the UK and internationally.
We are recruiting Dispatch Operatives to join our busy picking and packing department. This is a hands-on, fast-paced warehouse role, and we are looking for reliable, motivated individuals who take pride in accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork.
Key responsibilities
- Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Pack orders securely to company standards
- Label and prepare parcels for dispatch
- Check products and quantities against order sheets
- Work towards daily picking and packing targets
- Assist with stock movement and warehouse organisation
- Maintain cleanliness and safety within the dispatch area
- Follow company procedures and instructions carefully
Role requirements

Previous experience in picking, packing, warehouse, or dispatch work is beneficial but not essential.
Pay: From £12.71 per hour
