Job Description
As an Operational Support Assistant, you will undertake general administrative duties, deal with customer enquiries, input accurate case information onto our systems, manage exhibits, undertake quality assurance activities and contribute to the continual improvement of our quality management system. You will work with the Operations Department to ensure that examinations are completed and returned within agreed turnaround times. During busy periods there will be a requirement to work overtime to assist the team.
Requirements
Applicants must be over the age of 18 to be considered for this role. This role is office-based and there is no option to work remotely.
Due to the highly sensitive nature of our work, security clearance is required. A mandatory requirement for which is 5-years continuous residency in the UK. Please do not apply if you do not meet this requirement.
There are no formal education requirements for this position and full training will be provided.
