Join Our Compliance Team
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Compliance Management Practitioner to join Fibrax Ltd on a full-time, temporary maternity cover contract from October 2026 until August 2027.
Reporting to the Compliance Manager, you will play an important role in supporting both our customers and the business by helping to maintain our Quality and Environmental Management Systems. You will work closely with a variety of departments to ensure compliance with industry standards, including IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, whilst also contributing to continuous improvement projects across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of activities, including:
- Providing quality support to assigned customers.
- Supporting the development and improvement of quality and environmental procedures.
- Producing and maintaining operational instructions and inspection documentation.
- Assisting departments with the implementation and ongoing application of company management systems.
- Supporting internal and external audits.
- Assisting with new product introduction (NPI) activities.
- Supporting the development of process, design and system FMEAs.
- Working with departments to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assisting with Lean and Six Sigma improvement projects.
- Undertaking other compliance-related duties as required.

- Is confident using Microsoft Office applications.
- Is willing to learn and develop new technical skills.
- Can work independently whilst also contributing as part of a team.
Previous experience within Quality, Manufacturing or Compliance would be advantageous but is not essential, as training and support will be provided.
Knowledge of ISO standards, IATF 16949, auditing or Lean Manufacturing would be beneficial but is not a requirement.

Pay: £26,437.00-£29,000.00 per year
