Technix Rubber and Plastics Ltd are a successful flooring and matting manufacturer based in Botley, Southampton and we are looking for an Sales Administrator to join our friendly team for a short time whilst we need cover.
Duties will include:
Dealing with incoming calls and inquiries
Building and maintaining relationships with customers
Raising quotes (on Sage)
Updating systems with customer data
Dealing with general enquiries and customer service
General office administration
Skills required:
Experience in sales administration
Sage 50 Accounts experience will be an advantage but not essential
Excellent communication and written skills
Ability to prioritise workload and use own initiative
Excellent telephone manner
Good IT skills to include Word and Excel
Hours of work 9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday & 9am to 4pm Friday
Pay: From £12.75 per hour
Work Location: In person
