- Late: 11:00 – 21:00
- 10-hour shifts
- Two Saturdays per month (Saturday shifts are 9 hours)
Role Overview
We are looking for professional, reliable, and vigilant Street Patrol Officers to join our team in Central London.
The role involves maintaining a strong and visible security presence, deterring anti-social behaviour, supporting public safety, and responding professionally to incidents when required.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional approach, and the confidence to work independently while also being part of a wider team.
Requirements
- Valid Frontline SIA Licence – essential
- Previous security, street patrol, or public-facing security experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong conflict management and de-escalation skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working outdoors and across Central London
- Flexibility to work weekends, including two Saturdays per month
- Good knowledge of Central London is desirable
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular foot patrols across assigned areas of Central London
- Maintain a highly visible and professional security presence
- Help deter anti-social behaviour and other suspicious or inappropriate activity
- Respond calmly and appropriately to incidents and disturbances
- Provide assistance, guidance, and reassurance to members of the public
- Monitor surroundings and identify and report suspicious activity
- Liaise with colleagues, management, emergency services, and other relevant parties when required
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and site instructions
- Complete accurate and detailed incident reports when required
- Maintain a professional and approachable manner at all times
