Are you confident, professional, and ready to be the face of safety at one of Maidstone’s most exciting venues? We’re looking for experienced Door Supervisors to join the frontline team at the town’s leading nightclub.
If you’ve got a calm head, sharp instincts, and a firm but approachable attitude, we want to hear from you.
What We Offer:

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for guests, creating a safe and welcoming environment
- Monitor entrances, exits and activity inside the venue
- Respond quickly and professionally to incidents as they arise
- Enforce venue policies and licensing regulations consistently and fairly
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor licence
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Availability to work nights and weekends
