Warehouse Operative
Manchester | £13.50 to £14.00 per hour | Full-time | Immediate start
A full-time Warehouse Operative role is available in Manchester paying £13.50 to £14.00 per hour, with 40 guaranteed hours every week and an immediate start for the right person. You will work a structured rotating shift pattern across the week, with optional overtime on offer for anyone who wants to pick up extra hours, plus at least one full weekend off every month.
This is a steady, hands-on role in a busy general warehouse, covering picking, packing, dispatch and general stock handling. It suits someone reliable who enjoys physical work and wants consistent full-time hours rather than short-term or zero-hours arrangements.

Working hours and rota
The warehouse operates Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 10:00am to 5:00pm. You will not work all seven days. You will also help keep work areas clean and safe and follow warehouse procedures, manual handling guidance and health and safety requirements throughout your shift.
What we're looking for
- Strong spoken and written English, enough to communicate clearly with colleagues, supervisors and delivery drivers and to understand warehouse instructions and safety information
