This is an excellent opportunity for an early career professional who is eager to learn and develop within a Finance team. The role offers exposure to a broad range of financial activities while providing opportunities for long-term career development across Finance, Programme Management, and other business functions. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong analytical skills, and a desire to grow in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
What You Will Do

Providing critical financial oversight and guidance for the contracts they maintain.

Partnership with Program Management and cross functional leads to support program execution.

Support of all programs financial aspects including financial planning (LRP, AOP, working Capital, Monthly Financial Performance Reporting, variance Analysis, Data Review and Reporting and NBI).

Program controls such as developing estimates at complete (EACs) and execution of EVM.

Support the development the manpower, material and other direct costs associated for Bids & Proposals using estimating and pricing tools ensuring TINA compliance where applicable.

Provide estimating support for the development of Basis of Estimates to include validating and analysing actuals, ensuring consistency within task descriptions, and confirming estimating approach is sound.

Supporting gate reviews and audits as required.

University Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

A willingness to learn and develop within a commercial finance environment.

Commercially aware with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proactive, inquisitive, and eager to take ownership.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to process adherence.

Highly organised and self-motivated.

Part-qualified accountant (CIMA preferred) or an interest in pursuing a professional accounting qualification.

Strong customer focus with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to build relationships across the business.

Ability to analyse and interpret financial data.

Experience using Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

Exposure to SAP, Power BI, or similar business systems would be advantageous but is not essential.
