Post 1 is a permanent post based at The Jack Copeland Centre, Edinburgh.
Post 2 is a 6-Month Fixed Term post at Gyle Square, Edinburgh. As per the Fixed Term Contacts Policy - Where individuals with continuous service within the NHS apply for fixed-term contract roles, PSD Scotland reserves the right to refuse any such appointment.

On 1 April 2026, NHS National Services Scotland (NSS) and NHS Education for Scotland (NES) became one national organisation, focused on continuity today and a stronger, more connected service for tomorrow.
As part of this transformation, NSS and NES have joined to form a new organisation: Public Services Delivery Scotland (PSD Scotland). This new organisation will play a pivotal role in supporting the renewal and ensuring the long-term sustainability of health and care services across Scotland.
About the Organisation:
PSD Scotland unites expertise from NES and NSS in a way that will allow us to accelerate national programmes to support the NHS to deliver better care, now and in the future.
We support staff with education and training, provide the tools and data that improve services, and run vital national functions such as procurement, logistics and blood, tissue and cell services.
The Posts:
We are looking for reliable and dependable persons who are able to work as part of a team and on their own initiative.
These roles will be based at The Jack Copeland Centre, Gyle Square and National Distribution Centre, however, the post holder may be required to work across multiple NSS sites across Edinburgh, Glasgow according to service requirements on an adhoc basis.
Expenses between base and other sites will be provided once authorised.
These positions will predominantly be based Domestic Services, however, will also be required to work across all Facilities services which entails Reception, Mailroom, Catering and Domestic services as required, once suitably trained.
The post holder will also be required to participate in weekend and public holidays on call Rota as part of this post and to support cover for staff absence, therefore an element of flexibility required.
Location and Working Pattern:
Post 1 Monday Sunday 5/7 32hrs per week,
Monday 1200 - 1800
Tuesday Friday 1100 1800
Post 2 Monday Sunday 5/7 36hrs per week
Monday 0930 1600
Tuesday Friday 0930 - 1730
Post 3 - Monday Sunday 5/7 20hrs per week
Monday Friday 1400 - 1800
