Job Summary
Rulo Clubs is looking to expand the Teddy Padel coaching team! Apply for this role if you would like to be part of a new indoor padel & pilates club in Chesham. If you have an interest in racket sports and enjoy working with children, then this is the role for you! You don’t need formal coaching qualifications — we’re looking for people who are friendly, responsible, enthusiastic and confident working with kids.
As a Teddy Padel Coach, you’ll help deliver fun, engaging story-led padel sessions for children, introducing them to the sport while creating a positive and enjoyable environment.
18 years or older please.
All training and uniform provided!
Afterschool and weekend availability desired.
Responsibilities
- Run structured padel coaching sessions for children aged 3 to 7+.
- Keep children engaged through fun games, activities and coaching.
- Communicate clearly and positively with children and parents.
- Create a positive, welcoming and safe environment for all children.
Qualifications
- No professional qualifications required!
- A passion for racket sports is desired.
- Sports coaching qualifications is beneficial.
Duties
- Arrive on time and be prepared for each session.
- Set up and tidy away equipment before and after sessions.
- Lead warm-ups, games, drills and basic padel activities.
- Adapt activities to suit different ages and abilities.
- Encourage good sportsmanship, teamwork and respect.
- Supervise children throughout the session.

Pay: £15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 2.0 – 6.0 per week
