About Us
We are a well-established company specialising in the design, construction, and installation of luxury swimming pools, hot tubs, and wellness products. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an organised and motivated Office Salesperson to join our team.
The Role
This is a primarily office-based role, where your main responsibilities will include handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations, following up leads, processing orders, and carrying out general office administration.
You will be responsible for guiding customers through the sales process, building strong relationships, and delivering excellent customer service while supporting the day-to-day running of the office.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Previous office-based sales experience.
- Excellent telephone and email communication skills.
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
- Experience preparing quotations and managing customer enquiries.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- A professional, motivated, and customer-focused approach.
Desirable:
- Experience in the swimming pool, hot tub, construction, or home improvement
