The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, well-presented, and reliable candidate to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service, accurate advice, and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the pharmacy.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers at the counter with a warm and professional attitude.
- Provide advice within your scope and refer to the wider team or pharmacist when appropriate
- Support all pharmacy team members in daily operations
- Manage stock levels, ordering, receiving, and merchandising products
- Handle transactions accurately and maintain a clean, organised counter area
- Answer telephone and face-to-face queries professionally
- Promote pharmacy services to patients and the community
- Work independently and as part of a supportive team
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience as a pharmacy technician is highly desirable.
- Strong commitment to patient care and customer service excellence.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- IT literate and comfortable learning new systems
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Hours: 32.5 Hours a Week
Alternating shift pattern between early and late shift
Early shift: 9am - 4pm and Late shift: 2pm - 9pm
Weekend cover will be required to cover annual leave
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.71 per hour
