About the Role
Frame Your TV is a specialist UK manufacturer of bespoke TV frames, TV mirrors and integrated TV solutions for residential and commercial projects.
We are looking for a reliable, practical and hardworking Production & Warehouse Assistant to join our team.
This is a varied, hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys making things, working with tools and taking pride in producing work to a high standard.
You will work across production, assembly, painting and finishing, packing and general warehouse duties, as well as occasionally assisting with installations at customer sites.
For the right person, there is an opportunity to develop considerably within the role, learn specialist manufacturing techniques and take on greater responsibility over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the manufacture and assembly of bespoke TV frames and related products
- Measure and cut materials accurately using appropriate hand and power tools
- Prepare, sand, fill, prime and paint components to a high-quality finish
- Safely use hand tools and power tools, including drills, sanders, saws and other workshop equipment
- Assist with assembling, fitting and finishing components
- Inspect finished work and help ensure products meet our quality standards
- Carefully pack and prepare finished products for delivery
- Receive, organise and manage incoming materials and stock
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised workshop and warehouse
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries
- Support the team with onsite installations when required
- Carry out general production and warehouse duties as needed
What We're Looking For
We are particularly interested in someone who is dependable, hands-on and takes pride in doing a job properly.
You should:
- Have previous experience in a practical, hands-on working environment
- Be confident using basic hand and power tools
- Have good practical skills and be comfortable measuring and cutting materials accurately
- Have some experience with painting, sanding, decorating, assembly, fabrication, carpentry or similar practical work
- Have good attention to detail and care about the quality of your finished work
- Be organised and able to keep your working area clean and tidy
- Be physically comfortable with a hands-on workshop role
- Be reliable and punctual
- Be willing to learn new skills and take on greater responsibility
- Be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Have a full UK driving licence
Previous hands-on experience with painting, sanding, cutting, assembly or fabrication is highly desirable. Experience working with wood and using workshop machinery or power tools would be a strong advantage.
Experience in manufacturing, furniture production, joinery, decorating, fabrication, assembly, shopfitting, sign-making or a similar environment would also be particularly useful.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word, would be beneficial.

Working Location
This is an in-person role based at our workshop. Applicants should be able to reliably commute to work each day.
