An opportunity has arisen for a cook/chef to join the team in our café in Falkirk.
Key responsibilities:
- Cook and manage breakfast and lunch service.
- Ensure the kitchen is kept clean and hygienic at all times.
- Ensure all stocks are kept under optimum conditions.
- Ensure appropriate records are maintained up-to-date.
- Ensure customers receive a memorable breakfast.
- Ensure that company standards are always met.
- Able to work alone during quiet days and assist the head chef during busy days.
