Purpose: To Manage and lead the recruitment operations for Scotland with a focus of recruiting skilled plant operators on major projects.
Reporting Lines: The National Operated Plant Manager.
Responsibilities: What you’ll do
- Managing the end-to-end process of supplying major projects within assigned region
- Build and implement a strategy to increase the pipeline of talent for Scotland and Borders area
- Have a strong understanding of our fleet
- Handling confidential data in line with GDPR and other policies
- Manage Inbound and outbound calls to external site personnel
- Relationship building with external and internal personnel – Client interaction
- Implement effective workforce planning strategies to ensure the timely placement of operators based on project needs
- Managing customer expectations / Customer service communications via telephone and emails
- Working between the National Operated Plant Manager, external on-site personnel, project management teams, Scotland Director and on-site management teams to ensure effective communication and smooth operation.
- Promote clear and consistent communication among all stakeholders, ensuring that information flows seamlessly and any issues are addressed promptly
- Strong team leadership with the ability to Identify and resolve operational challenges proactively
- Monitor daily activities and team performance, providing senior-level feedback on successes and areas for improvement
- You’ll be expected to drive improvements in team engagement and participation as well as boost productivity and retention levels

Qualifications and experience: Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge or CRM systems desirable
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and clients
