Duties
- Set up and operate packaging machinery, ensuring optimal performance throughout production runs
- Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting of equipment using hand tools and basic math skills
- Adjust machine settings to meet product specifications
- Handle materials efficiently, including loading raw materials and managing finished product flow in the warehouse
Requirements
- Mechanical knowledge with experience in operating LMCs, Casemakers, Bobst and similar packaging machinery
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and materials handling equipment confidently
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and troubleshooting machine iss
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to safety and quality assurance
