BAR / RESTAURANT MANAGER
WE’RE HIRING
We are looking for an experienced Bar / Restaurant Manager to join our team.
This is a hands-on management position and we are particularly interested in applicants with a strong restaurant and food-service background.
YOU MUST HAVE:
- At least 5 years’ experience as a Manager or Supervisor
- Strong restaurant experience is essential
- Experience managing busy food services
- Excellent leadership and staff-management skills
- High standards of customer service
- Good knowledge of rotas, stock control and day-to-day operations
- The ability to lead from the front and work well under pressure
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
We are looking for someone who understands how to run a successful, busy restaurant operation, can motivate a team and consistently maintain excellent standards.
