TJ Vickers is a well-established and respected automotive retailer representing Fiat, Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Jeep, Suzuki and Changan. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our busy Parts Department in Shrewsbury.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised individual with automotive parts experience who enjoys delivering outstanding customer service and working within a fast-paced dealership environment.
The Role
As a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring customers and workshop technicians receive the correct parts efficiently and professionally. You will play a key role in supporting our aftersales operation and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Mon-Fri 8am - 5pm with 30 mins unpaid lunchbreak.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying and supplying vehicle parts and accessories accurately.
- Assisting retail, trade and workshop customers with parts enquiries.
- Processing parts orders, quotations and invoices.
- Managing stock levels and assisting with inventory control.
- Receiving and checking deliveries.
- Maintaining accurate parts records using dealership management systems.
- Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
- Supporting the Aftersales Manager in achieving departmental targets.
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Previous experience in an automotive Parts Advisor or parts-related role.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and components.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Good IT and administrative skills.
- Ability to work accurately and effectively under pressure.
- A positive attitude and strong Aftersales team-working ethic.
- Full UK driving licence.
Desirable
- Experience working with Fiat, Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Jeep, Suzuki or other franchised dealerships.
- Familiarity with manufacturer parts catalogues and dealer management systems.
- Experience dealing with trade customers.

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
