Core Responsibilities
- Parts Supply & Enquiries: Accurately identify and supply parts/accessories to workshop technicians, trade accounts, and retail customers.
- Stock & Logistics: Receive and inspect deliveries, control stock levels, process quotes/invoices, and maintain accurate records in dealer management systems.
- Target Support: Assist the Aftersales Manager in achieving performance targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Requirements
- Previous experience as an automotive Parts Advisor or in a similar parts-related role.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle components and a Full UK Driving Licence.
- Good IT, administrative, and customer service skills under pressure.
