Housekeeper – Private Residence
We are looking for an experienced, reliable and highly organised Housekeeper to join our household and maintain a large private home to an exceptional standard.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes genuine pride in their work, has a keen eye for detail and enjoys creating a clean, organised and welcoming home environment.
15 to 20 hours per week. Flexible and can be discussed.
The role will include:
- General housekeeping and maintaining the property to a high standard.
- Cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas and gym.
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping and polishing throughout the home.
- Making beds and changing bed linen.
- Laundry and ironing, including the care of delicate items.
- Cleaning kitchen appliances, mirrors, glass and internal windows.
- Maintaining outdoor terraces and garden furniture.
- Managing household cleaning supplies and taking care of recycling and household waste.
- Running occasional household errands.
- Cleaning duties at other properties within the property portfolio as required (mileage paid where applicable).
- Preparing simple meals, such as salads, when required.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous housekeeping experience in a private household or similar environment.
- Be trustworthy, discreet and dependable.
- Have excellent attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
- Be proactive, well organised and able to work independently.
- Hold a full UK driving licence (preferred).
