We have an exciting opportunity in Fuels Transport & Logistics Ltd, we are looking for a new Location Transport Adminisitrator to join the team based in Kingsbury.
Working as part of our FTL team means that you will be supporting and providing two leading UK Supermarkets with administration responsibility for the Fuels operation at Kingsbury. The purpose is to ensure the completion of regular driver engagement, driver and vehicle legal compliance, adherence to internal and external HSE legislation and overall local operational performance.

Responsibilities:
- In conjunction with the scheduling team, plan, manage and adjust resourcing levels for both drivers and vehicles
- Assist with delivery & target achievement on key Operational requirements i.e. Health & Safety, Cost, Efficiency, compliance on an on-going basis.
- Assist with both internal and external audits
- To comply with Company and Legislative Health and Safety policies and procedures at all times
- Fully investigate accidents / incidents and keep Health & Safety training records current for all colleagues under their direct responsibility
- Carry out regular health & safety briefings providing relevant training/information and ensure all H&S Notice Boards under your control are current and up to date and contain all relevant Company & Legal information
- Ensure that all associated work equipment are maintained in a fit and serviceable condition at all times and colleagues carry out safety checks on work equipment prior to use in accordance with agreed timescales.
- Ensure all vehicle damage is escalated to your line manager
- Maintain vehicle Tacohgraph & engineering records (Op's 13 / Torque register, Tachomaster, Key 2, etc)
- Ensure compliance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)
- Work in collaboration with maintenance service providers to ensure vehicle compliance
- All other duties as requested by your Line Manager and within your capability
- Support Absence management process by conducting welfare visits, review meetings as designated by line manager
- Ensure that all driver licence/vocational licence dates are recorded and maintained
- Ensure that all driver training dates are recorded and maintained
- Ensure that holidays are managed and all drivers are regularly briefed as to remaining holidays
- Support with the Communication and Engagement Agenda at site including the Annual Employee Opinion Survey and toolbox talks
Skills and Experience:
- Good analytical and numerical skills
- Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements
- Knowledge of Road Transport Legislation and digital tachograph
- Ability to engage with drivers and communicate data and information relating to their driving style, legal compliance and overall performance
- Bulk Tanker Experience
