Job Type: Part-Time & Full-Time Available
We’re on the lookout for energetic, hard-working and experienced people to join our team at Flour Water Salt— where great coffee, artisan bread, and warm welcomes are part of the daily magic.
We need Baristas who are comfortable texturing milk and producing high-quality latte art.
If you love good food, great people, and thrive in a fast-paced, community-focused environment, and if you have prior experience with milk-texturing and pouring latte art, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Creating memorable experiences for every customer who walks through our doors
- Working the till with confidence and a big smile
- Producing amazing specialty coffee
- Keeping our front of house space sparkling clean and beautifully presented
- Serving up pastries, artisan loaves, and all the good stuff
- Lending a hand with kitchen porter duties when needed – we’re all one team here!
