We are looking for a passionate, knowledgeable and results-driven Level 4 5/6/7/Aesthetic Therapist to join our growing team.
The successful candidate will deliver advanced skin, laser and body treatments while providing outstanding consultations, treatment plans and client care. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in achieving visible results and wants to develop within a professional aesthetic clinic.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, effective and results-focused aesthetic treatments
- Carry out detailed consultations and skin assessments
- Create personalised treatment plans based on each client’s concerns and goals
- Recommend appropriate treatment courses, packages and homecare
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Take clear and consistent before-and-after photographs
- Complete consent forms, consultation records and treatment notes accurately
- Follow up with clients and monitor treatment progress
- Work towards individual and clinic treatment and retail targets
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, presentation and treatment-room organisation
- Support reception and general clinic duties when required
- Attend training and continue developing treatment knowledge and practical skills

- Fractional CO2 laser
- RF microneedling
- Dermapen microneedling
- Advanced facials and Hydro2Facial
- Chemical peels and pigmentation treatments
- PRP skin and hair treatments
- INDIBA radiofrequency
- Body contouring and skin-tightening treatments
- Skin analysis and treatment planning
Essential requirements:
- NVQ Level 4 qualification or equivalent in laser and advanced skin treatments
- Level 5 /6 or additional advanced aesthetic qualifications are desirable
- Previous experience working in an aesthetic, laser or advanced skin clinic
- Confident carrying out consultations and recommending treatment plans
- Excellent communication and client-care skills
- Good understanding of treatment safety, contraindications and aftercare
- Professional, reliable, organised and well presented
- Comfortable working towards achievable performance and sales targets
- Available to work weekends as part of the permanent rota

Working pattern:
This is a full-time position requiring flexibility across the clinic’s opening hours. Weekend availability is essential, as Saturdays and Sundays are key working days.
