We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and hands-on Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager to support the day-to-day running of our busy restaurant and bar operation.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, motivate and support the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure excellent communication and seamless service.
- Support stock control while helping minimise waste and control costs.
- Assist with cash handling, till reconciliation and end-of-day procedures.
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene, health & safety and licensing regulations.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Support management in achieving sales targets and driving business performance.
- Assist with the successful launch, operation and continued development of our newly renovated bar area.
- Carry out opening and closing procedures and ensure high presentation standards are maintained throughout the venue.
About You
We're looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality and enjoys leading by example.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a restaurant, bar or hospitality supervisory/management role is preferred. However, we also welcome applications from motivated, hardworking individuals with a positive attitude who are looking to develop their career in hospitality, as other suitable roles may be available.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
- A hands-on approach and willingness to support all areas of the business.
- A calm and professional manner under pressure.
- A strong understanding of customer service, food hygiene and hospitality standards.
- Experience supervising bar operations or cocktail service is highly desirable.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
