The ideal candidate will be available to work some weekdays up to 6.30pm and some weekends, flexibility is essential and shift patterns will be 2 weeks in advance. You will be required to meet and greet the parents attending the party, setting up the party room, communicate with the parents throughout the party, updating and advising the kitchen with food requirements, present food to the party guests. At times you may be required to serve on the café providing excellent customer service at all times.
As an essential part of the role, you will need to be confident to communicate with parents along with talking on the Tannoy system. Previous experience in a similar role will be desirable.
