This is a hands-on role for someone who leads by example, works efficiently and refuses to cut corners.

About the Role
You’ll be involved in every stage of high-quality driveway and landscaping projects, including but not limited to:
* Excavation and setting out
* Sub-base installation
* Drainage
* Block paving
* Porcelain paving
* Natural stone paving
* Brickwork
* Turfing
Experience with resin-bound surfacing, tarmac or fencing would be advantageous but isn’t essential.

We’re looking for someone with a minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience who can consistently produce work to a high standard.

* Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.
* Any licence points must be declared.
* Right to work in the UK.

Trial Period
Every successful applicant will complete a four-week paid trial period. This gives both you and us the opportunity to ensure we’re the right fit for each other while working together on live projects.
